Dolbadarn Castle - A view from above

This image was taken whilst standing on a windswept hillside above Llanberis, trying to dodge the rainshowers. The low cloud, which can be seen at the top of this picture, provided the background to produce some quite interesting compositions throughout the day. 

This particular image is different from the usual scene which typically depicts Dolbadarn Castle. From this vantage point, it was fantastic to see the different colours and textures which make up this great landscape in Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.
